Law & Entrepreneurship
This course examines the intersect between legal and business issues that challenge entrepreneurs as they develop their ideas, launch their new venture, finance and manage their growth and assess possible exit strategies. Real world scenarios will be examined to identify various legal strategies
employed by successful and unsuccessful new businesses. Law can be a tool to build competitive advantage or a tool to disrupt. Key topics covered in this course will include intellectual property law, advertising and marketing law, commercial financing, and government regulation of competition.
